This looks like you have ACLs issues with your IIS server. Make sure that the application pools have access to you service directory. Also, if your service is a .Net web service, make sure that if Impersonation is enabled in the Web.Config, the…

Do you need to do this by default or you have access to the Admin Console ? What you could do is create a response attribute and add the DN of the user to a header var. Then you would be able to get it. Beside that, I think there is a defaut header…

For SSO between web services look at things like SAML or WS-Fed.

What should be done within SiteMinder to do SSO in my case ? Is the SOA Security Manager is the answer ? Thanks

No, this doesn't have anything to do with SSO.  It tells a forms authentication scheme not to redirect to the login form if the credentials are already in the request in a basic auth header.

Is this setting would let SiteMinder do SSO between two WebServices without a client browser in between ?

Take a look at the New Atlanta site for the install instructions.  They definitely do not recommend using the ISAPI version with IIS 7.5. Todd

What version of IIS is this?  You probably shouldn't be using the ISAPI version of ServletExec.  Use the AS version instead. Also, make sure you perform every ServletExec install step in their documentation. Todd
