Synopsis of Position:

The Chief Security Office has an opening for a CA eTrust Siteminder software developer who will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and production support of the AT&T Siteminder infrastructure. The Siteminder infrastructure provides authentication services to external Bellsouth consumers and to internal employees via two different instances of Siteminder.

The candidate will have the following technical responsibilities: Support the internal AT&T application developers as they migrate from Siteminder to a company-standard authentication platform; Support the externally facing consumer/business Bellsouth applications use of Siteminder authentication/authorization; Support the underlying software on the Siteminder servers; Champion the design and migration of all Siteminder applications to the standard AT&T Single Sign-on service, both internal (AT&T Global Logon) and external (t-guard, possibly via federated identity management technology); Work with CA to resolve software issues with Siteminder; Provide oversight to OS and application patch management on 6 Sun and 4 Windows Lab servers; Design Test cases for new software and patches within a lab test environment; Mentor and manage the day to day activities of the test/support contractors; Troubleshoot production Siteminder problems and outages.

Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills:

• 5 years Expert-level experience with Siteminder systems management
• 7 years web software development experience
• 2 years experience with Solaris/UNIX OS.
• 1 years experience with LDAP
• A SMTS candidate shall have a Ph.D. in an approved field from an accredited university, or a Master’s degree in an approved field from an accredited university and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in an approved field from an accredited university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
