I have configured new ACO for an application. Now they are facing "unknown" user name while siteminder authentication. Application team identified Siteminder response key "sm_user" is now "SM_USER". Can anyone guide me how Sitemindwer passing the default response if the ACO parameter does not have the LowerCaseHTTP . Also tell about the LowerCaseHTTP parameter functionalities.
